Caritas Questions

What are the qualifications that have to be met of each person who utilizes your center? Is there any sort of accountability? Do you have a spiritual component... a priest, or a church service? What country is most represented in the immigrants who come in to Caritas? How successful are your patrons in the long term? Do you offer jobs in the center for any of the immigrants?
